Dr. Lee's research focuses on developing microfluidic tools for precision medicine, including liquid biopsy, immunotherapy, single cell analysis, targeted therapeutics, and microphysiological systems. Specific projects include artificial antigen presenting cells for T cell activation, cell engineering for immunotherapy, and portable systems for multiplexed seroimmunodiagnostics.
