Aaron Esser-Kahn, Ph.D.

Overview

Dr. Esser-Kahn is Assistant Professor of Chemistry. His lab specializes in chemical synthesis, materials chemistry and biological materials.

Research Interests

Dr. Esser-Kahn's group is taking a broad approach to materials chemistry by bridging the fields of chemistry, biology and materials science using the tools from each for the task at hand. He has selected areas of practical importance which function as extensions of this philosophy including carbon capture lung, synthetic tissue scaffolds and immune-programming polymer facades.
